Jack and Jan Harris live in Belleville, Ontario. They have been involved with The Gathering since it's inception. Jack currently watches over all of the financial aspects of The Gathering while Janice leads the pastoral care with Alicia Lott. The are the parents of three children as well as proud grandparents. |
| Wally and Alicia Lott lives are filled with farming, caring for people with special needs as well as with caring for their two children Robert and Rachel. They contribute wisdom and pastoral care to the life of The Gathering |

Mark and Sandy Norman have lived in Frankford, Ontario for the last 6 years with their three daughters. Mark runs a leadership development business and Sandy is an educator. |
